Yes it might take up a little space, but it makes your kitchen look that much cooler especially if you have colorful cereal in it. If you are planning on double corn flakes… not as great. But besides looks, which it has regardless, it keeps your cereal fresh, reminds you everyday when you need new cereal so you don’t have to dig the crappy cereal dust out of the bottom of the box, and it can be used really for any dry food you want.
